Since being founded in 1987
by Mark Moehlman, over 100 educational Wealth Management Forum

five prominent business and academic leaders were invited to share
their comments with the audience regarding initiatives within their
respective organizations.
Lucy Dunn,
President and CEO of the Orange County Business Journal, addressed
the changing economic and business profile within Orange County
and the exciting opportunities looking forward.
Shelley Hoss,
President of the Orange County Community Foundation, provided an
update in the vibrant philanthropic activities in the O.C. and
the role the O.C.C.F. plays in assisting donors with strategic
gifting.
Dr. Rick Afable,
President and CEO of Hoag Memorial Hospital, conducted an interactive
session with the audience discussing the challenges faced by the
U.S. health insurance system, Medicare and an aging population.
Andy Policano,
Dean of the Paul Merage School of Business, spoke about the centers
of excellence recently established as collaborations between the
Merage School of Business and the Orange County business community.
Included among them is the Center for Investment and Wealth Management,
of which Wealth Management Network is a Charter Founding Member.
John Moorlach,
District 2 Orange County Supervisor, presented an official County
of Orange proclamation to Wealth Management Forum for 20 years
of hosting educational forums for the citizens and business community
in Orange County.
All guests enjoyed a wide range
of elegant hors d' oeuvres (including handmade sushi), classical
guitar music and great wine. It was an evening to remember.
